The Whitehead Research Project is seeking donations for an exciting new project: the Whitehead Research Interface, also known as EVE (in honor of Whitehead's beloved wife, Evelyn). Once implemented, EVE will revolutionize the study of Whitehead’s works by providing open access to the most complete electronic library of Whiteheadian scholarship in the world, some parts of which have never been made available to scholars. This library would include electronic versions of: Whitehead’s published writings, hundreds of pages of unpublished letters, student lecture notes, thematic bibliographies related to Whiteheadian scholarship in the arts, humanities, and sciences, and an evolving lexicon of technical terms in Whitehead’s philosophy. By utilizing an innovative platform to make these resources available in an online open-source environment, EVE will prove invaluable to students and researchers.
We hope that you will join this exiting journey in a new future and WRP’s aspiration to the highest possible quality of future Whitehead Research. In order to realize this project, we rely not only on dedicated staff, sophisticated technical support, and financial support through academic institutions and grants. We rely on your help! If you relate to the goals of WRP and EVE and would like to help to make its realization possible, we would like to ask you to consider one the following requests:
Your support is essential to the concrescence of EVE. Thank you for considering donating your resources to this exciting project.
Sincerely,
